Masoud Pezeshkian called Ilham Aliyev

As reported by AZERTAC, Masoud Pezeshkian expressed gratitude to the head of our state for the humanitarian aid provided by Azerbaijan to Iran.

President Ilham Aliyev said that the humanitarian aid provided by our country to Iran would continue, emphasizing that the next batch of humanitarian aid would be sent in the near future.

Expressing concern over the escalation of the situation in Iran, the head of our state offered condolences over the deaths of Iranian citizens.

President Ilham Aliyev wished for the earliest possible end to the confrontation.

During the phone conversation, the necessity of achieving peace in the region as soon as possible was emphasized.
