The head of the Balakan district division of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), Vugar Shirinov, has been dismissed.
According to Oxu.Az, the corresponding order was signed by the head of the agency, Colonel General Kamaladdin Heydarov.
By another order of the minister, Kenan Eldarov has been appointed to the same position.
