Investment incentive document issuance procedure approved in Azerbaijan

The investment incentive document is granted to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs presenting strategic investment projects implemented in directions determined by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for a period of 6 years, starting from January 1, 2023.

The corresponding decree was signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

The Ministry of Economy has been instructed to resolve issues arising from this decree.
