We remember the time when President Trump was the head of the USA, and our relations developed very successfully, unlike the last four years when they completely deteriorated due to the unfair and dishonest approach of the Biden administration towards Azerbaijan.

As reported by AZERTAG, President Ilham Aliyev said this in an interview with Chinese TV channel CGTN.

Emphasizing that the previous experience of working with President Trump was very positive, the head of state noted: "We expect that these four years, which we consider lost years in American-Azerbaijani relations, will become history, and we will resume work."
