The former extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan and Afghanistan, Hasan Sultan oglu Zeynalov, has been awarded the Order "For Service to the Homeland" 1st degree for his many years of fruitful activity in the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding decree was signed by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
