Ilham Aliyev signed a decree regarding Farid Shafiyev

Farid Rauf oglu Shafiyev has been appointed chairman of the board of the Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding order was signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

It should be recalled that on February 20, 2026, the head of state signed a decree on the reorganization of the public legal entities "Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and "Center for Analysis of International Relations."
