Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on improving the activities of a number of state structures

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on improving the activities of a number of state structures.

As reported by AZERTAJ, the document states:

"Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to improve the activities of a number of state structures, I decree:

1. To create the following budgetary organizations:

1.1. on the basis of public legal entities "State Agency for the Use of Mineral Raw Material Reserves" and "Geological Exploration Agency" subordinate to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the State Fund of Geological Information - "State Agency for the Use of Mineral Raw Material Reserves" subordinate to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

1.2. on the basis of the public legal entity "Agency of Geodesy and Cartography" subordinate to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan - "Agency of Geodesy and Cartography" subordinate to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

1.3. on the basis of the Center for Agrarian Innovations and the public legal entity "Center for Agrarian Research" subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan - "Center for Agrarian Research and Development" subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

1.4. on the basis of public legal entities "Institute for Design of Water-Reclamation Complexes" and "Scientific Research Institute of Water Management and Land Reclamation" subordinate to the State Agency for Water Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan - "Institute for Design and Scientific Research on Water Management and Land Reclamation" subordinate to the State Agency for Water Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2. To ensure the creation on the basis of the Scientific Research Institute of Plant Protection and Technical Crops, the Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture, the Scientific Research Institute of Fruit Growing and Tea Cultivation, the Scientific Research Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking, the Scientific Research Institute of Veterinary Medicine, the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry and Fish Farming, the public legal entity "Scientific Research Institute of Vegetable Growing" subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the Scientific Research Institute of Agricultural Mechanics subordinate to the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, of the "Institute of Plant Sciences" and the "Institute of Animal Husbandry,
