Ilham Aliyev: Peace with Armenia exists not only on paper
Peace with Armenia exists not only on paper. Although the existing Joint Declaration was signed and initialed several months ago, we already feel peace on the ground.
As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the opening ceremony of the XIII Global Baku Forum.
Emphasizing that there are no longer any shootings, casualties, or losses along our borders, the head of state noted: "We have lifted restrictions on the transportation of goods arriving in Armenia from various directions. We have resumed trade and the export of essential petroleum products to that country."
