President Ilham Aliyev noted Kazakhstan's unwavering support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

As reported by AZERTAG, speaking at the second meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council of Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan, President Ilham Aliyev said:

"For many years, when our lands were under occupation, Kazakhstan consistently expressed support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Both in bilateral format and within the framework of signed documents, as well as within the framework of Kazakhstan's position in international organizations, we have always felt this support and we are very grateful to you for this."
