Ilham Aliyev awarded Ildyrym Veliyev the highest special rank

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR) Ilham Aliyev signed an order on conferring the highest special rank of State Counselor of Justice of the III class to Ildyrym Imran oglu Veliyev.

Ildyrym Veliyev is the head of the department for supervision of execution and personnel issues of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
