Ibrahim Traore expressed condolences to Ilham Aliyev

President of Burkina Faso Ibrahim Traore sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

As AZERTAJ reports, the message states:

"Mr. President,

It was with deep sadness that we received the news about the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) aircraft in the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 25 of last year and the numerous human casualties.

With profound grief, I express to you the condolences and solidarity of the people of Burkina Faso regarding this tragic incident.

Mr. President, please accept my deep respect and reverence."
