It was very hard and labor-intensive work. You worked actively every day - from early morning until late evening. Then you continued your activities already in the city, promptly preparing reports. We read all of it and waited for your materials.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Administration of the Head of State Hikmet Hajiyev during a conversation with journalists who covered the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
He also thanked media representatives for their high professionalism.
"Taking this opportunity, I would like to once again express my gratitude to each of you, to the heads of media outlets, and to all colleagues. I am especially grateful to our journalists. The work of camera operators and photographers sometimes goes unnoticed, but I would like to separately thank them as well, because they are the heroes who remain behind the scenes.
It is very gratifying that our media are becoming younger, new faces are appearing. I know the representatives of the older generation much better, but today more and more young journalists are entering the profession, and it is truly pleasant to see," noted H. Hajiyev.
