Edi Rama congratulated Ilham Aliyev

Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania Edi Rama sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by AZERTAG, the message states:

"Your Excellency,

I convey to You and Your people my congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day.

I take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the cooperation between our countries, which is at an excellent level. I once again reaffirm my unwavering readiness to further expand bilateral ties.
