On July 21, a ceremony for the signing of German-Azerbaijani documents took place in Berlin.
As reported by AZERTAC, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Friedrich Merz signed the "Joint Declaration on the Strategic Agenda of Bilateral Partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal Republic of Germany".
A Joint Declaration on the establishment and activities of the Azerbaijani-German Business Council was also signed at the event.
