Another episode of the "Chronicle of Western Azerbaijan" project in Russian was aired on Baku TV.

Political scientist Yegyana Hajiyeva was the guest of host Ellada Sarvan.

During the conversation, she spoke about the possibility of resuming the Israeli-Iranian war, its impact on the Caucasus region, as well as the opening of the Zangezur corridor, the recent initiation of slanderous processes against Azerbaijan by some countries and organizations, and the reasons for the cruel treatment of Azerbaijanis in Russia.

"One of the important conflicts in the Middle East is the Iranian-Israeli one. Iran, Israel, and the US have all declared their versions of victory. One of the forces seriously concerned about the strengthening of Azerbaijanis' positions in Russian society is the Armenian lobby. Certain groups in the Russian government are trying to spoil relations between Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation. The Second Karabakh War put an end to Russia's supremacy. Russia cannot forgive Azerbaijan for what happened to its interests in the region. The agenda in Russia's media space is dictated by the Armenian lobby," E. Hajiyeva emphasized.

According to her, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's first visit to Turkey should be assessed positively from the perspective of the region's future: "Will Armenia miss its second chance to become part of a global communication project? Pashinyan understands that playing everyone against everyone is destructive for the country."

E. Hajiyeva emphasized that Armenia will not give up such an economic resource as the Zangezur corridor. She also stated that the Azerbaijani state is doing everything possible for the return of our compatriots to Western Azerbaijan.
