Changes have been made to the registration of medicinal products

Changes have been made to the procedure for regulating prices of pharmaceuticals that have passed state registration, and for monitoring these prices.

The corresponding decision was signed by the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov.

According to the document, if a legal entity engaged in the import of pharmaceuticals sells wholesale pharmaceuticals to pharmacy organizations within the country through another wholesale pharmaceutical enterprise, then up to 40% of the "Markup for wholesale pharmaceutical enterprise" established by paragraph 3.4 of the aforementioned procedure will be paid to the wholesale pharmaceutical enterprise that directly carries out the wholesale sale of the pharmaceutical to the pharmacy organization.
