Azerbaijan-EU Dialogue on Political and Security Issues Will Take Place in 2027

The Azerbaijan-EU dialogue on political and security issues is scheduled for next year.

This was reported by the European Union (EU) Embassy in Azerbaijan.

"The next Azerbaijan-EU dialogue on political and security issues is expected to take place next year, but the exact date has not yet been determined. It is expected to be held in Brussels," the embassy said.

It should be noted that the seventh session of the Security Dialogue between Azerbaijan and the EU was held in Baku on May 20. The session was co-chaired by Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev and Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service for Political Affairs Olaf Skoog. The parties agreed to expand the format, renaming it the Azerbaijan-EU Dialogue on Political and Security Issues, which indicates a broader scope of bilateral relations and their strategic significance.
