Appointed Executive Director of TƏBİB

On April 14, a meeting of the Supervisory Board was held under the chairmanship of the head of the Supervisory Board of the public legal entity "Association for Management of Medical Territorial Units" (TƏBİB), Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan on socio-economic issues Khalid Akhadov.

At the meeting, guided by paragraph 3.3 of Decree No. 418 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 20, 2018, the issue of appointing the executive director of TƏBİB was considered.

By the decision of the Supervisory Board, Anar Bayramov was appointed to this position.

It should be noted that Anar Bayramov is a graduate of the Azerbaijan Medical University. During his studies, he was awarded the Academician Mirgasimov scholarship, graduated with honors, and completed his master's degree at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in the specialty "Economics and Management" with distinction. Since 2003, he has held a PhD in Medicine.

Since 1998, he worked as a doctor at MediClub clinic, and from 2002 he held various positions at A-Group insurance company, serving as Chairman of the Board. Since 2021, he held the position of advisor to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population.

A. Bayramov also served as Chairman of the Board of the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation, subordinate to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 17, 2025, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population.

In 2006-2014, he served as Chairman of the Medical Insurance Committee of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association, in 2012-2017 as President of the Caspian-European Financial Club (CEIBC), and in 2017-2020 as head of the Insurance Committee of the Caspian-European Club.
