Anaclaudia Rossbach: WUF13 gives hope for the future

The 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) gives hope for the future.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was stated by the Executive Director of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) Anaclaudia Rossbach at the joint opening session of the assemblies within the framework of WUF13 in Baku.

According to her, people from all over the world have gathered in Baku to convey their messages.

"The decisions and discussions on this platform will inspire solutions to urban development challenges. I urge everyone to contribute to solving these problems. This platform is open for joint decision-making, and everyone should take advantage of this accessibility," Rossbach noted.

She also drew attention to the role of women in urban development: "The question of what positions women hold and to what extent they can realize their potential should become a subject of discussion, as their ideas in the field of urban development are extremely important."
