Alexander Mishchenko: Ukraine highly values Azerbaijan's humanitarian aid

Ukraine expresses sincere gratitude to its strategic partner - Azerbaijan - for the humanitarian aid provided.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was stated by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleksandr Mishchenko.

"We express sincere gratitude to our strategic partner - Azerbaijan. A country that itself experienced a 30-year occupation and clearly understands the situation Ukraine is in. The people of Ukraine thank Azerbaijan," he noted.

The Deputy Minister emphasized that Ukraine values any assistance. "Russia, by striking energy facilities and hospitals, is trying to create panic and intimidate our citizens. We all know and understand this, and therefore we consider any assistance provided to Ukraine as help for survival. We will never forget the assistance given to us. We thank the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the Azerbaijani people for this support," Mishchenko stated.
