A new rector of Sumgayit State University has been appointed

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree "On the appointment of Nurali Adil oglu Yusifbeyli as rector of Sumgayit State University".

As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:

"Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

To appoint Nurali Adil oglu Yusifbeyli as rector of Sumgayit State University".
