A meeting between Ilham Aliyev and Steve Witkoff took place in Washington

On August 7, a meeting took place in Washington between the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR) Ilham Aliyev and the special representative of the US President Steve Witkoff.

As reported by AZERTAG, first, a memorandum of cooperation between SOCAR and ExxonMobil was signed with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and the special representative of the US President Steve Witkoff.

The document was signed by the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikail Jabbarov and ExxonMobil Vice President John Ardill.

Then Ilham Aliyev met with Steve Witkoff.
