According to information obtained by Oxu.Az, a biological sample taken from Abbasova tested positive for THC (+) - the main psychoactive substance found in cannabis. This fact was recorded in an official report by the Republican Narcological Center.

The specialists' report also noted that Fidan Abbasova does not suffer from drug addiction and does not require compulsory treatment. However, experts recommended placing her on preventive monitoring at a territorial narcological dispensary.

Based on the results of the court proceedings, Fidan Abbasova was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Article 206 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. This article establishes liability for the illegal consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances. The first instance court's decision was subsequently upheld by the appellate court, which eliminates any doubts about the validity of the verdict rendered.
