Military Service and Education: New Amendments to Azerbaijan's Legislation## Rule-following Refusals

In Azerbaijan, there are proposals to amend the law "On Military Duty and Military Service." The amendments concern military personnel who are enrolled in full-time education.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, the draft law was discussed at a meeting of the Committee on Defense, Security and Anti-Corruption of the Milli Mejlis.

According to the new article 38.2.1-1, military personnel who are undergoing full-time education and are unable to simultaneously hold a position will be at the disposal for the entire period of their education.
