In Azerbaijan, the tasks of state bodies in the field of combating human trafficking have been approved
The responsibilities of state bodies have been defined within the framework of the implementation of the National Action Plan on Combating Human Trafficking.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the relevant provisions are enshrined in an order signed by the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov.
According to the document, the relevant central executive authorities must prepare and submit proposals for ensuring the implementation of Decree No. 1100 of the President of Azerbaijan dated July 15, 2026, "On the Approval of the National Action Plan on Combating Human Trafficking in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026-2030," by July 1, 2027.
In addition, the order stipulates that starting from 2027, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication will carry out monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the National Action Plan.
