Young media representatives got acquainted with SOCAR's green energy plan

On July 2, an information session for young media representatives was held at the "Eco-Park" of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) within the framework of the Energy Dialogue Platform.

This was reported by SOCAR.

It was noted that at the session, the Head of the Department for Environmental Information Disclosure and Green Initiatives of SOCAR, Mustafa Gurbanly, delivered a presentation in which he spoke about the work being carried out within the framework of SOCAR's decarbonization strategy as a reliable and sustainable energy supplier, the projects being implemented, and the goals set.

Advisor to the General Director of SOCAR Green, Elnar Mehdizade, spoke about SOCAR's green energy agenda and projects being implemented jointly with international partners.

Afterwards, questions of interest to the media representatives were answered.

Following that, the journalists toured the "Eco-Park" territory and were informed about the work being carried out there.
