The Central Bank introduced sanctions against AtaSığorta
The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has made a restrictive decision regarding AtaSığorta OJSC.
As reported by the CBA, the insurance company has been given a mandatory directive aimed at stabilizing its financial position and protecting its assets.
According to the directive, the company is prohibited from accepting new obligations, entering into contracts that create obligations, and conducting operations that generate expenses.
The Central Bank noted that these measures are aimed at ensuring the financial stability of the insurance company.
AtaSığorta has been operating in the market since 2004 and is part of Ata Holding LLC. The company's authorized capital amounts to 14.6 million manats.
