SOCAR and TPAO discussed the implementation of joint projects
The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Türkiye Petrolleri A.O. (TPAO) discussed the implementation of projects carried out with the participation of both companies.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to SOCAR, the discussions took place during a meeting between SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and TPAO Head of the Foreign Projects Department Çağrı Şirin and the head of the company's representative office in Azerbaijan Halil Buğra Yavuz.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the development of ties between SOCAR and TPAO, noting the importance of TPAO's joining last year the Production Sharing Agreement on joint exploration and development of the prospective "Shafag-Asiman" structure in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
An exchange of views on other issues of mutual interest took place.
