Mikail Jabbarov met with Michael Kratsios

As part of the working visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the USA, a meeting took place between the Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov and the Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy Michael Kratsios.

The head of the economic department announced this on his page on the social network X.

The publication noted that during the negotiations, the parties emphasized the fundamental role of technological innovations, scientific discoveries, and artificial intelligence in economic transformation. Special attention was paid to Azerbaijan's efforts to become a strategic center of knowledge and innovation in the region. The meeting participants discussed opportunities to realize the potential for cooperation between the two countries in this direction.
