Average annual inflation in Azerbaijan in January-May was 5.6%

The average annual inflation in Azerbaijan in January-May 2026 was 5.6%.

This was reported by the State Statistics Committee.

It should be noted that at the end of January-April of the current year, the average annual inflation also stood at 5.6%.

At the end of 2025, the average annual inflation in Azerbaijan was 5.6%.

According to the forecasts of the Ministry of Economy, the average annual inflation in Azerbaijan at the end of 2026 will be 4.8%.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan expects the annual inflation (May forecast) in the country this year to be at the level of 5.9%.
