The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has amended the "Standard Regulations on Industrial Parks," which was approved by a decree dated May 13, 2015.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding decision was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

According to the document, a state fee in the amount established by the law "On State Duty" will now be charged for issuing an industrial park resident registration certificate.

The managing organization is obliged to verbally or in writing notify the applicant within 2 business days about the obligation to pay the state fee for the issuance of an industrial park resident registration certificate.

The applicant must pay the state fee for issuing the industrial park resident registration certificate within 5 business days from the date of receiving the notification and present the managing organization with a document confirming the payment.

After the applicant provides a document confirming the payment of the fee, the industrial park resident registration certificate is issued to the applicant or sent by registered mail no later than 2 business days. If the document confirming the payment of the state fee is not provided within the period specified in clause 8.6-1 of these regulations, the managing organization cancels the industrial park resident registration certificate and sends the appropriate notification to the applicant within 2 business days.
