A new decision has been made in Azerbaijan regarding imported goods

The Board of the Ministry of Economy made amendments to the decision of March 14, 2022 "On approval of the "Form for providing information on goods imported by taxpayers, except for taxpayers engaged in activities in the oil and gas sector or belonging to the public sector, as well as those using the 'Green Corridor' pass system".

As BAKU.WS reports, the head of the ministry, Mikayil Jabbarov, signed a new decision in this regard.

According to the document, taxpayers will fill out an information form about imported goods through an electronic cabinet created in the information system of the State Tax Service under the ministry, and submit it to the tax authorities.

In addition, the title of the decision has been expanded and now reads as "Form and procedure for providing information on goods imported by taxpayers, except for taxpayers engaged in activities in the oil and gas sector or belonging to the public sector, as well as those using the 'Green Corridor' pass system".

The Legal Department of the economic agency is instructed to submit this decision to the Ministry of Justice for inclusion in the State Register of Legal Acts within three days.
