In 2027–2030, 13.2 billion manats are planned to be allocated from the state budget of Azerbaijan for the restoration and reconstruction of the territories liberated from occupation — the Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this is reflected in the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework for 2027–2030, published by the Ministry of Finance.
According to the document, the share of these expenditures in the total volume of capital costs will amount to 24.1%.
