Extension of the deadline for obtaining a construction permit for a solar power plant in Jabrayil

The deadline for obtaining a construction permit for solar power plants (SPPs) on the renewable energy territory in the Jabrayil district has been extended.

The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

According to the document, the deadline has been extended by 1 year in accordance with Article 6.7 of the law "On the Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Electricity Generation."

When issuing the construction permit, the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture is required to notify the Cabinet of Ministers from the same day, and if the permit is not issued within the established deadline - within three days from the expiration date.
