The man lost 19 kg in three months without going to the gym

An Indian resident achieved an impressive transformation, losing 19 kilograms in just three months. The secret to his success turned out to be surprisingly simple – giving up fast food and daily stair climbing. This case is reported by The Times of India.
37-year-old Samvit Mishra had serious weight problems at the beginning of the year – the scale showed 98 kilograms. The man frankly admitted to journalists that excess weight negatively affected his well-being – he constantly felt lethargic and unwell.
Instead of resorting to trendy extreme diets or exhausting himself in the gym, Mishra chose a more sensible approach – a comprehensive lifestyle change. The first step was a complete rejection of fast food and other harmful foods.
The Indian's diet underwent radical changes. Now his breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, nutritious chickpea flatbreads, and rice flakes. For lunch, the man ate boiled broccoli, Chinese bitter gourd, and chickpea flatbreads with vegetables. Dinner included healthy euryale seeds and peanuts. At the same time, Samvit categorically excluded fast food, ready-made store meals, dairy products, and carbonated drinks from his menu.
As for physical activity, Mishra found a simple and affordable alternative to expensive gym workouts. Every day he climbed 100 steps on the stairs, and three times a week he took half-hour bicycle rides. According to the man, these simple exercises fully replaced both strength and cardio training for him.
Samvit does not hide that at first it was not easy to stick to the new regimen, especially during dinners out with friends or relatives. However, even in restaurants, he showed consciousness – he chose dishes made from healthy ingredients and carefully monitored portion sizes.
The results did not take long to appear – from January to March, Mishra's weight decreased to 79 kilograms. Sharing his experience, he gives valuable advice to all those who want to get rid of extra kilograms: approach the weight loss process without haste, systematically and with discipline.
