Serious change in the German visa system: how to get a document now?
Rules for obtaining a visa to Germany have changed.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Oxu.Az, from July 1, in case of visa refusal, it is no longer possible to send a remonstration (letter of protest), as it was before.
That is, in case of refusal of a Schengen or national visa, it will no longer be possible to contact the embassy to change the decision.
The only way out is to file a lawsuit in the Berlin Administrative Court or to reapply for a visa with new documents.
It is worth noting that this decision is valid for citizens of all countries for which obtaining a visa to Germany is mandatory.
In this regard, it is recommended to prepare visa documents more accurately and carefully, assess possible risks in advance and, if necessary, get legal advice.
