Residents of Antalya flocked to beaches en masse due to abnormal heat
In Antalya, locals and foreign tourists flocked to Konyaaltı Beach, taking advantage of the temperature rise to 20 degrees. Some engage in sports and walk along the shore, while others enjoy the sea, sun, and sand.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Haber Global, the city recorded an air temperature of 20 degrees, sea water temperature of 18 degrees, and humidity of 56 percent. Residents and tourists are pleasantly spending time at the beach, enjoying the temperature increase that began with the arrival of March.
On the coast, reminiscent of the summer season, some people are engaging in sports, while others are swimming in the cool waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Visitors who came to the beach with their families are relaxing in green areas. Despite it being a weekday, there is a large gathering of people at the beach.
According to the 5-day meteorological forecast, temperatures are expected to rise further in the coming days.
