President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated American leader Donald Trump on his good work in achieving peace in the South Caucasus during a telephone conversation.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to BELTA, this was announced by the press secretary of the Belarusian leader Natalia Eismont.

According to her, the leaders of the two countries also discussed the topic of Iran and the Middle East.

"Lukashenko is confident that progress can be achieved on these issues," she added.
