According to preliminary data, the pair developed a scheme involving the organization of fictitious performances by Kadyrov at "Eldar." Tickets for non-existent concerts were purchased through the state program "Pushkin Card," which allowed the concert venue to receive budget funds for events that were not actually held.
The total amount of damage caused is estimated at approximately 1.3 million rubles. The investigation began after controlling authorities noticed suspiciously high expenditures of budget funds on Emil Kadyrov's concerts. Notably, the public without the "Pushkin Card" showed almost no interest in the artist's performances. Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under the article on fraud on an especially large scale.
