Pezeshkian: Iran does not intend to attack any country
Iran has not attacked any country in the last two centuries and has no intention of doing so now.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Fars agency, this statement was made by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian at a session dedicated to discussing the candidacy of Mehrdad Akhlagi Kitabchi for the position of Minister of Defense.
"Iran has not attacked any country in the last two centuries and has no intention of doing so now. However, we will resist any attack at the cost of our own lives and will not allow enemies to encroach on our land," Pezeshkian stated.
He noted that Iran's defense is not limited to missiles, calling unity and solidarity "an important part of the country's defense capability."
