Famous fitness trainer Duffy Gaver shared professional secrets that helped Brad Pitt achieve an impressive physical form for his role in the legendary film "Troy." This was reported by Men Today magazine.
According to the expert, the Hollywood star followed an intensive daily training schedule. The program included complex exercises: push-ups (performed twice a day, five sets of ten repetitions), pull-ups, air squats, lat pulldowns to the chin, T-bar rows, bent-over dumbbell rows, and glute hyperextensions.
Gaver revealed that the training strategy was specifically designed to create a cinematically attractive silhouette. "For an impressive on-screen appearance, Pitt needed a powerful back, expressive shoulders and arms," the trainer explained. He also noted an important detail: the team deliberately avoided excessive development of the chest muscles so that the actor's shoulders and arms wouldn't appear disproportionately small.
