1. People with increased stomach acidity
If you have gastritis, reflux, or problems with increased stomach acidity, especially acidic varieties of apples (green) can be dangerous for you. This can cause heartburn, pain, and gas in the stomach.
2. Those suffering from diabetes
Apples are rich in natural sugar. Although they are beneficial due to their fiber and vitamin content, patients with type 2 diabetes should control their apple consumption and consult with a doctor. Especially sweet varieties of apples can quickly raise blood sugar levels.
3. People with allergies
For people with apple allergies, this fruit can cause rash, itching, throat swelling, or in severe cases, difficulty breathing. This reaction most often occurs when consuming raw apples.
4. Those suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
