Azerbaijan's Greco-Roman wrestling team finished the World Championship in Baku with six medals

Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestlers have concluded their performance at the U17 World Championship.

On the final day of the competition, our team members added three more awards to their medal tally.

The Azerbaijani athletes achieved the following results at the World Championship:

- silver medalists were Ali Javadly (45 kg), Abdulrahman Huseinli (51 kg), and Isfahan Hasanov (80 kg);

- bronze medals were won by Omar Salmanov (48 kg), Orkhan Habibli (65 kg), and Elmir Cherkezov (60 kg).

Thus, the Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestling team finished the World Championship in Baku with six medals — three silver and three bronze.
