2026 World Cup: Mexico's national team defeated South Africa's team

The opening match of the 23rd FIFA World Cup has taken place: the national teams of Mexico and South Africa faced each other.

The first game in Group A was held at "Mexico City" stadium and ended in favor of the home team with a score of 2:0.
