The unexpected cause of a protruding belly revealed

Fitness experts have revealed a surprising and little-known cause of protruding belly.
This is reported by Men Today publication.
According to experts, the problem may lie in poor posture. Proper body position plays a key role in maintaining bones and joints in optimal position, as well as reducing wear on supporting structures. It turns out that the abdominal cavity naturally repeats the shape of lordosis - a physiological curvature of the spine directed with convexity forward. When back muscles are shortened, this leads to a more noticeable protrusion of the belly.
To solve this problem, it is suggested to perform special exercises aimed at maintaining proper posture. In particular, a simple technique is recommended: place a ball between your lower back and the wall, and then gently roll it from side to side. Another effective exercise is to lie on the floor, stretch your arms forward, lift your shoulder blades and reach toward your feet.
