The cause of dusty air in Baku has been revealed

Increased air dustiness is observed in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in the southern regions and the Aran zone.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by the chief engineer of the Environmental Pollution Monitoring Group, Rena Allahverdieva.
According to her, the current dust content in the air exceeds the norm by 1.1-1.4 times.
Allahverdieva added that the observed dust has a transboundary nature and is associated with meteorological conditions - it entered the country's territory with eastern and southeastern winds from neighboring regions.
The dusty weather will last approximately three days depending on the meteorological situation.
