Residents of Baku express serious dissatisfaction with the operation of bus route 120E, connecting the "28 May" metro station with the Govsan settlement.

One of the passengers filed a complaint to the BAKU.WS "hotline," describing the problematic situation in detail.

According to the complainant, the transport service on this route is beyond criticism. The buses have small capacity, and the service interval is only 2-3 vehicles per hour. The problem is especially acute during rush hours, when buses become completely full by the 3rd or 4th stop from the beginning of the route.

"The 120E route buses have small capacity and run with large intervals - only 2-3 buses per hour, which creates serious inconvenience for passengers. By the 3rd or 4th stop, the bus is completely full, people are forced to stand in cramped conditions, some even press against the entrance doors. This situation does not correspond to comfort, safety, or quality of service," the complaint states.

The appeal also emphasizes that the demand for this route is very high, however, the small-sized buses and their insufficient number on the line cannot handle the passenger flow. At the same time, the fare is 80 kopecks, which passengers consider unreasonably high.

"The fare is also unjustifiably high and does not correspond to this level of service," emphasized the author of the complaint.
