President: The return of former internally displaced persons to their native lands was a cherished dream of every citizen of ours

We are engaged in the construction of new villages and cities, the return of former internally displaced persons to their native lands, and I can say that the entire Azerbaijani people live with these aspirations.

As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with residents who relocated to the villages of Jahangirbeyly in the Zangilan district and Soltanly in the Jabrayil district.

"The return of former internally displaced persons, who lived in difficult conditions for many years, to their native lands was the cherished dream of every citizen of ours, and above all, of course, of the displaced persons themselves," the head of state noted.
