President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva visited the Baku Expo Center on November 4 to familiarize themselves with the First Azerbaijan International Real Estate Exhibition AIREX 2026.

More than 60 companies are participating in the exhibition, organized by PASHA Property Management, including 14 foreign ones.

Here, on a single platform, those interested in purchasing housing, improving living conditions, and investing in real estate have come together, along with major investors representing companies and real estate specialists.

Hosting AIREX 2026 in Baku is of strategic importance for the country's economy, the urban development sector, and attracting foreign investment. The high state status of the event is underscored by the fact that the exhibition was visited by President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, writes the newspaper "Caspian".

Key Aspects

The exhibition became a global investment platform. It is no coincidence that the event brought together more than 60 leading local and international companies from Europe and Asia, turning Baku into a regional hub for discussing major development projects and attracting foreign capital into the real estate sector.

Moreover, the platform ensured coordinated work between developers, financial institutions, and technology companies. New formats of interaction were discussed here, such as market digitalization (PropTech) and the integration of modern banking products into housing construction.

At the center of the business program's attention were the prospects of urban planning in Azerbaijan, polycentric urban development, green and sustainable construction concepts, as well as premium residential complexes and branded residences.

Notably, the largest national players, including PASHA Property Management, Baku White City, Sea Breeze, and PMD Group, had the opportunity to showcase the scale of Azerbaijan's modern infrastructure projects to both professionals and thousands of potential buyers.

And the participation of relevant government agencies and partnerships with organizations such as the Karabakh Revival Fund indicates that the exhibition serves as an important tool for attracting resources and presenting projects for the restoration and development of the country's liberated territories.

In short, the exhibition demonstrated the growing investment attractiveness of Azerbaijan's non-oil sector and set new quality standards for the region's construction industry.
