In Neftchala district, a man was arrested for harassing a married woman.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Qafqazinfo, on April 7, by the decision of the Neftchala District Court, 31-year-old resident of Kurdili village Orkhan Osmanov (name and surname are conditional - ed.) was administratively arrested for 10 days.

It was established that for about a month he had been stalking and harassing a married woman, a mother of two children, living in the city of Neftchala.

The plaintiff L.Mustafaeva stated that O.Osmanov approached her several times, declared his love, said he would not leave her alone, and made indecent proposals.

"I live in Neftchala with my two young children and family members. On March 14, when I was going home after picking up my children from kindergarten, an unknown man approached me and asked for my phone number to get acquainted. I pointed to my children, said I was married and that his behavior was contrary to moral norms. I asked him to leave me alone, but he insisted.

Then in March, during the holidays, he came right to the entrance of the building where I live, and began to insult me in front of others and make indecent proposals. I concealed this incident from my husband to avoid a scandal. Later, seeing that this person would not leave me alone, I told my husband.

On April 4 around 5:00 PM, when I was picking up my children from kindergarten, this man approached me again. I called my husband. He was at work, so he asked me to photograph this person, record him on video, and contact the "102" service. That's what I did," the woman said.

As a result, an administrative protocol was drawn up against O.Osmanov under Article 510 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Offenses. On April 7, he was detained.
